It seems as if Customer Service is a long lost art. In my lifetime this is what stood businesses apart. Now in this 21 century with multiple ways to communicate yet NO ONE knows how!!! `If there is not an APP for that !!! you are on our own. This has stifled our greatest traits ….“KINDNESS” and “SINCERITY”. My visit in your bank renewed my hope. While visiting the High Point branch Fenicia Chadwell sincerely blessed me with KINDNESS and PROBITY. She is truly a jewel in your crown. Her outstanding customer service encouraged me to stay with Truist Bank. Mrs. Chadwell is the difference we need in this world. !!!

Went there yesterday teller was RUDE. we withdrew 10k in $100s with only ONE other person in there and a total of THREE tellers. We asked her to mark the 100s to insure they were NOT counterfeit, SHE REFUSED cause she was TOO busy. JUST the withdrawal took 15 minutes and STILL she refused and there was NOT a single customer IN THE BRANCH for 10 minutes. We asked to speak to the branch manager who was NOT there, and finally came in, told us she had a CONFERENCE call and refused to talk to us until it was over, 15 minutes later an EMPLOYEE knocked on the door and went RIGHT IN, looked more like THEY were talking to each other not in a conference. FINALLY we got in a BOY was SHE RUDE. keep interrupting us and RAISING her voice and then she told me to stop raising MY VOICE which I was not. She said it was TRUIST policy NOT to make the bills they have a MACHINE to do it which it does NOT. We told her because of all the 100s that were going around LOCALLY wat 11 acres that is why we wanted it, that took 10 minutes to get out cause the "MANAGER" did not want to hear it. STILL SHE REFUSED. We said we wanted to speak to someone above us and she was REALLY SOMETHING else. She wanted a business card I said do not give to her and she copped an attitude for that TOO, she said WHY I said that cost money and you cost us money by NOT marking the bills. think of this a BANK that WILL NOT try to please the customer, that DOES NOT count the money in front of the customer lets a machine do it that you can NOT SEE it doing it. and says a POLICY prevents it, funny ANOTHER truist manager told us 15 minutes later there was NO SUCH policy. and they said they would have MARK the bills to defused the situation. LOOK at the REVIEWS for this branch for customer service it is 2.4 and the MANAGER reflects how bad things are, MAYBE they should FIRE her or at least DEMOTE her to janitor. PULL YOUR MONEY OUT IN CASH and go anywhere except these people who do NOT want your business. I even point it out, if you lost customers you have no business but they do NOT care

Customer service is horrific!! Worst I have seen. Have called leaving voicemails for four days and still no reply from bank Left messages for four different employees. These people care nothing about their customers.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, lady asks me to come in to wait in another queue to get a temporary card. I’ve never been asked to do this at any truist.

TERRIBLE customer service. Sat in waiting area to speak to a banker for about 5 minutes, I watched 3 different bankers in their offices without any other clients and was not called in. I went up to the desk to ask if I needed to let know if I needed to speak to a banker and they told me to just sit in a green chair and they'd be with me when they're available. One of the tellers "assisted" me and got an attitude because I wouldn't call out my social security number outloud. She said I could since there was no-one in the bank but someone had stepped in while she was on the computer and she didn't see him. She got an attitude after I informed her someone was there and whispered something under her breath(I couldn't hear it). She also tossed my ID back to me into the little slot. I've also been trying to call the 1(800) number and everytime I call I get put on hold for 10-15 minutes and the call just drops. DO NOT BANK AT TRUIST.

The bitter woman with the blonde hair who is a teller at the drive thru window around 1pm on 12/16/22 who has no name tag unlike everyone else NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED. She made me wait in the drive thru window for an hour to make a withdrawal of a DOLLAR. By the time another car came then she helped them immediately. After she helped them she told me I can’t withdraw my own dollar. No matter what the reasoning is- you intentionally made me wait that long because you’re a miserable person who hates her job.

I called ahead to see if BB&T could provide a service. I needed a medallion signature garauntee for a name change on an account with USAA, which doesn't have local bank branches. BB&T confirmed hat they could provide this service over the phone. They told me I could come by immediately and be helped. I had to wait for 30 minutes before I was assisted. Then I find out that the service requires I have a BB&T account. I let the representative know that I would be willing to open an account with them. The woman told me "she didn't feel comfortable with me opening an account or providing the requested service."

Horrible experience I had today for the 2nd time and it was all due to the blonde haired girl in the drive thru window. Usually my experience has been great throughout the years but this is the final trip I will be making to this branch. She is rude and has no customer service experience what so ever.

The people at this bank are RACIST! As well as extremely disrespectful. This place was so dysfunctional! Every time I go there the tellers are talking in a disrespectful manner about their managers and the managers are talking disrespectfully about their EMPLOYEE'S!!! If they will tell ME these things as a customer how in the world do they get any work done among theirselves!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Ever since I lived in High Point I'd go to the actual ATM and deposit my check and cash because I never felt comfortable going inside. So today I did and got greeted from a nice lady at her office. Went to desk to exchange my money for some change. One of the ladies helped me. Didn't even know if she was done counting my money because just simply handed me my change to me. I was like “ so is everything done? “ I'm not just going to walk having them think I walked out with the wrong amount of money that I had. There was no “have a nice day†or “thank you for coming†This is also why I don't go to the drive thru either. I'm going to stick to going to the ATM.
