Awful customer service! Never contact you back when you have a internet problem. Finally got in touch with the repair technician that installed the satellite he was the only one that helped us figure out the problem. He was great!

I enjoy the service from Lightleap, no up and down, no intermittent service all constant and trustworthy. One of the beta testers in the Mt. Tirzah area of Person County testing and using internet and phone service from Lightleap with no problems. Good company to deal with, I highly recommend it.
