“I had moved to NC from Florida with my Toyota sienna that I had bought and my van needed services and I brought it to Mike Johnson's in hickory well we had thought that the services would be covered but we were wrong so after they were done with doing a oil change and a tire rotation it was going to cost $102 and we just didn't have it like I said we thought it would be covered and then a sweet man named Steven watts the service manager said Merry christmas and covered it for us he has no idea what he truly did for us and how much of a blessing that was to us this time of year we literally just paid our car note that day and had no money left over so thank you again so much Steven I will never forget the kindness you showed us that day ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

All of the ladies that take care of the paperwork do such a terrific job and they perform that duty with professionalism, knowledge, compassion and wonderful customer service. Their certified repair team does excellent body work and are top-notch. They repaired my 2025 Toyota RAV4 according to manufacturing specs and I am well pleased with the awesome job they done. “Celeste is the best! I had been dealing with AVIS issues all day, and she far exceeded my expectations. My day started with a junk rental from the airport that had mechanical problems, forcing me to call roadside assistance. They sent me all over before finally directing me to Celeste.

The catch? They sent me a link to swap vehicles but accidentally canceled my reservation. When I arrived, I had to start a completely new one. To make matters worse, my global employer’s travel department sent the reservation to the wrong AVIS location.
