Personnel were friendly when picking up truck. Truck was clean and in good condition. Fuel level was clearly marked on paperwork. We had trouble finding the trailer we had reserved due to some miscommunication between the staff, but our experience with Jessica made it a little better. She went above and beyond to make sure that we knew she was trying her best to help us find that trailer and get it on our truck. Thank you Jessica!
