“I love Walmart...I could never say enough great things about Walmart, and this one especially. This is like the best behaved Walmart I've ever been to in my whole life. It's clean, the people are nice. Prices and selection are awesome. Customer service is great and righteous. Walmart needs to relax about their background checks- people have the right to be forgiven! All their products' quality has improved dramatically over the years... and prices just seem to get lower and lower lol idk how that's possible but it's awesome. A++”
“I don't normally post reviews on anything and I'm extremely upset I didn't get the associate's name (I'm sure she told me when she picked up the phone but I should've asked again). I had a grocery delivery order yesterday that was delayed. I had already switched the delivery time myself because I was running late at work and ice cream was in the order and with the heat I knew it would be a puddle on the porch. I used the chat feature to inquire where the order was after it had been 30 minutes past the 2 hour delivery window time. They said the order was delayed and offered a $10 promo code for future use. After more time passed I inquired again only to be told in the chat that I had to call the number this time. This was not a direct store number so I spoke with someone who looked into my order and told me the driver couldn't find my house. I thought this was odd since I was never notified the order had been picked up or that it was on its way. I remembered I had the grocery pickup number in my phone from the last time I picked up an order and the app wasn't working. I got in touch with someone at the actual store who looked up my order and was on the phone with me for over 10 minutes trying to go figure out what was going on. She was kind and so helpful. The order had not been picked up and although she offered to attempt to get a driver on it asap, we ended up switching the order to where I picked it up myself as it was getting later in the evening. She was so nice to me that I didn't mind the fact that I had to go out instead of being lazy (lol). I appreciate her looking into it and also for dealing with me patiently- as I know the pickup area can be chaotic and hectic at peak times. Hopefully she realizes I'm talking about her if this gets back to the team. Thank you again for the kindness in a world that can be very much not! :)”
