Tim is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer who takes a multiple-disciplinary approach to fitness. I train with Tim primarily in powerlifting, however we work with several training styles during the season to help expand my range as an athlete and increase my power and strength under the bar both mentally and physically. I have seen dramatic improvement working with Tim. I approached him after several years of self-taught training which resulted in plateau struggles with physique and strength goals. He works within the athlete's abilities but he is not afraid to push so you can reach your goals. Expect to be met with a healthy challenge, and you won't be disappointed with the results. I consider Tim to be both a friend and a mentor. He has helped me succeed and I am looking forward to progressing further with his guidance.

Tim is a great trainer! He has helped me to build my strength and endurance, which have helped me get in better shape! Sessions with him are hard work but FUN, and it’s not always the same thing. I’ve learned a ton from him about proper form, new exercises, stretching and so much more. He challenges me, but is also respectful of my limitations. I highly recommend him to anyone of any age who wants to bump their fitness activity to the next level.

Tim has helped me go from a person who consistently injured herself while trying to get in shape into a person who has muscle definition, better balance and energy! And he is fun to work with!! There is no way I would work myself as hard as Tim does. Yet he works me in a way so that I'm doing things correctly and not hurting myself. I am so much stronger than I was over a year ago. He is knowledgable about the body and how it works. And to show that he is a very nice person, my little dog adores him!! Thanks Tim for all your help.

Tim Thew has been my personal trainer for a few years. His knowledge and insights with not only fitness but how to eat most effectively to lose fat and gain muscle have kept me motivated and feeling my best. I am grateful for his dedication to working with clients at all levels of fitness. I'm looking forward to many more years of Tim's support and guidance for continued good health!

Tim Thew is an excellent trainer. He is ver adept at tailoring a training program for the individual, depending on what your needs and goals are. I thoroughly have enjoyed having Tim work with me.

For a long time I've wanted to cut down body fat but I couldn't figure out how. I tried all kinds of things online and I purchased a bunch books, all to no avail. I came across Carolina Gold several months ago. They suggested I do the 21 day challenge. I did it and my body fat percentage went down several points. My wife thinks I look a lot better and I'm continuing to build muscle and lose fat. Perfect situation. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to work with Carolina Gold.
