“Ace is NOT the place: Home Depot is! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.”

This place was packed and there were only 3 people working. They where under attack by us consumers and even I thought it was overwhelming. “Extremely helpful, kind, and knowedgeable in addition to being well stocked. I came in with the problem with both a canister machine and a central vacuum system. Jerry pointed out things that I could do to solve my issues and they worked. Total cost for the friendly service. Just the Gasolina took me to drive back and forth. Highly recommended.”
