“I went into Best Buy on Saturday morning looking to purchase an iPad Mini. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told the guy, and he pointed me in the direction of the iPads and said that he would have someone meet me back there. I made my way to the back and was greeted by a smiling Taihron. Taihron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. (I'm not very technologically savvy.) He explained the different features of iPad vs. Samsung, per my request, even though I was pretty set on what I wanted. Unfortunately, they ended up not having any iPad Minis in stock. Taihron did not try to push me to buy another product, which I truly appreciated. He did explain that they could ship an iPad Mini to me, but I wanted to go home with it the same day. He was very understanding and let me know that he was here to help if I changed my mind. So, even though I didn't get the product I went in for, I left with knowledge and a feeling of contentment due to the conversation with Taihron and not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Side note, the store was clean, and all other employees I encountered were friendly as well. I'll be back!”

Mandi C. took time to look up the brand I needed and even checked the other stores inventory. Even though I had to go elsewhere to get the remote, I enjoyed talking with Mandi. She is very knowledgeable and her kindness is outstanding.What a wonderful place to shop and when I need anything in the future, I will shop at Aaron's first. Excellent Customer Service”

“I can't give this Home Depot enough stars! We have been building our own house over the last 6 months and this location has been SO incredibly helpful! Every employee that we have worked with has gone out of their way to go above and beyond for us. We have been to so many Home Depots, but this one is BY FAR the best because of the team of employees they have. Terry & Patty have been outstanding with helping us get the best products, working within our budget and ensuring that we had all the materials we needed- when we needed them. Llyod in windows, Bobby in lumber, Ashley in paint, Emily at customer service and SO many more have helped us out tremendously, we are so thankful. Having to run to the same store multiple times a day (because you forgot something) can be tedious, but knowing that it will be a great experience with friendly and helpful staff has made taking those many trips enjoyable! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.”

“Excellent location with agricultural products, LP gas refill, rental of trailers & equipment, outdoor work wear, pet food & supplies & much more. They carry Triple Crown horse feeds & have hours that accommodate my work schedule, so I’m a pretty loyal customer. Plenty of free parking. Spacious restrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Can’t say enough good about this location.”

“I walked in without an appointment, twice. I only had to wait a short time for Hannah. She was fantastic. She told me the difference between spray patterns and water pressure of the different manufacturers. She knew the benefits and drawbacks of each. I sat down and sketched out the layout for the new bath.she knew the product lines and was able to narrow down the choices of vanities. TRY FINDING THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE ON LINE! Knowledgeable and competent with reasonable prices.”

I went to self checkout, and it rang up for $54, so I was confused on why. Me and the lady working self checkout went back to the light section to see what happened, and apparently it was placed above the wrong tag which wasn't even their fault, and they gave it to me for $13! Being nice to the employees can make all the difference at places even though they probably would've done that anyways :) Thanks guys!!!”

“Speedy service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra through a third party. It was $400 off. The best deal out of all the tablets Samsung has out right now. The Samsung Galaxy was just released and after watching several videos comparing them to one another. The s8 and the s9 have only a few differences however having a brand new s8 to trade in off and when I feel the need to do so, paying a considerable amount less than most with an equally considerable trade in value. Work all that said Best Buy had the best deals on tablets.I opted for curbside because it was bitterly cold. I didn't even get a chance to sign in before the gentleman was carrying it out to me. He also made sure to get the required identifying information from me as well. All around good experience. The Arden location is also equally good. I purchased a 65-inch LG smart TV last month for$300. I was shocked at how cheap but it was part of their black Friday sale. A male employee took the time to get me caught up on all the different new TV resolutions out now which made me more confident that i was making q good purchase”
