“This is the best veterinary hospital in the area, period. I have been to other vet hospitals in the area that pad the bills, recommend unnecessary treatments and tests, and charge for unnecessary office visits. I have seen none of these business practices at havelock animal hospital. What I have seen are some excellent veterinarians, techs, and a fantastic front office staff. Dr. Truskey just did surgery on my 14yo rescue dog. She is an excellent veterinarian and one I highly recommend.”

“Thursday morning, we had to unexpectedly and suddenly say goodbye to our dog Boss. Dr.Taylor was so kind to our sweet boy and stayed over an hour after the clinic was closed to set him free of his pain. We never felt rushed in our goodbye to him. I will always remember her kind words to him as he was peacefully exiting this world. Thank you Dr.Taylor and her assistant.”
“Havelock Animal Hospital has been taking care of my cat, Hekitty, for years now. EVERY experience has been positive, even when I came in panicked with a very sick cat. She was in the throws of an acute pancreatitis attack. The staff took EXCELLENT care of her, and calmed my shattered nerves with compassion. Hekitty is NOT an easy cat. She's a bit of a problem child, with a quick temper, and does not like being handled by anyone she isn't very close to. The staff there handle her firmly, but gently, and with great competence. I couldn't ask for a better team for my cat's care. I had to take my neighbor there when it became obvious that her very elderly little Boston Terrier had reached the end of his life. Their care and concern during the euthanasia process and afterward was magnificent.”
