“This review is way overdue. Hickory Grove Animal Hospital is where I've been taking my senior cat, Pudge since we moved to the area. I'm fortunate enough it's only about a 3-minute drive from where I live. The staff and doctors are so good to my Pudge. They do a fantastic job with everything. They're also great with the people. They discovered that Pudge had hyperthyroidism. She also needed her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Every interaction I had, which has been quite a few, has been a good one. All the staff and doctors are friendly and patient in answering any questions and concerns. They've been the best vet I've ever been to so far.”

“I’m not one to usually take the time to leave reviews but these guys truly deserve it. Dr.Tanner saved my baby’s life with a wonderfully done surgery and has made sure she gets back to her normal self every step of the way. He has even called almost a week after to check on her. They were able to get her in quickly and took amazing care of her. Every single staff member in there was absolutely wonderful to us. The best service and care we have ever received from a vet! I can not thank them enough for what they did for my fur baby!”

“Taking from the front office till Doctor, all are very polite, kind and receiving. Dr Kira saw my Shih Tzu. She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.”

“We are new to the Charlotte area. Our dog slipped on the wood floors in our apartment. She had to spend the night at CARE! Dr. Julia Carlin called us twice to update us on our Ginger's condition. Dr. Carlin spoke in easy to understand terms and was very calming to my husband and me. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Michelle and Josh. Michelle submitted our claim to Trupanion. Thanks Michelle for being extremely helpful and empathetic!”
“Dr. G and staff are awesome. I can not say enough positive things. They have treated all five of our dogs with the most respect and love. I really like that they get down on the dogs level to build a relationship with them. It definitely lessons the stress of going to the vet. 5 stars all the way.”

“We have trusted Mallard Creek Animal Hospital with the care of our animals for 10+ years. Even with the occasional change of staff, the care remains the same, which always feels above and beyond. Doctors, management, technicians, assistants and receptionists always put your pet first, and display a complete dedication to the overall wellbeing of our furry loved ones. Patience is a virtue that all staff possess, even when you have endless (oftentimes silly) questions. In this way, staff contribute to our wellbeing as well, putting our minds at ease during difficult times. No animal hospital is perfect, but some are just a tad closer to it than others, this establishment being one of them.”
“I am very thankful to the doctors and staff here. Back in November my pup was violently ill on the day after thanksgiving and they took me in with no appointment and helped make her feel better. I decided to start using MHAH as our vet for our checkup appt this week (jan) and the entire staff was amazing. The doc prescribed meds and a shampoo which fixed her itchy red skin which she suffered from since we got her a year earlier! Other vets could not figure it out. Forever grateful. 5 stars isn't enough.”
