A large animal vet needs a different set of skills then those who care for pets, and they understand the emotions when your animals are sick or hurt. “My dog of 14 years had to be put down, this office staff, Dr Byrd and Dr Duty were amazing. They helped me get him in (he was very large) they were so sympathetic and comforting. The staff were consoling. I was heartbroken, so heart broken that I couldn't speak through the tears. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Attitude, patience, understanding, empathy but most importantly knowing that your pet is a family member and doing a great job as a Vet!”

They took her right back , accessed her , kept us updated , cared for her through the night and we were able to bring her home the next morning . “I am the owner of my blue cane corso kilo and I came to them yesterday for the first time in desperation after having a terrible experience at other Benfield’s!! I felt like they wanted nothing to do with my dog knowing his breed!!! This facility I can ensure you my experience was everything!!! They were super professional, knowledgeable, kind, super helpful even with my dog not being the friendliest. When I walked in it was a warm atmosphere really clean and smell nice. The lady at the front desk placed me in a room immediately. I didn’t have to wait at all my dog kilo vet tech Denise!!! Was amazing she was so knowledgeable I thought she was the doctor even the doctor was nice I am so happy I took my cane corso here I was almost in tears how they treated him!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!! Even the front desk ladies were amazing I felt like royalty coming here!!! Thank you guys for all that y’all do from the bottom of my heart”
