I stopped by the Take 5- Concord location today to receive a full service oil change. Angel, was the technician that assisted me. He was friendly and professional. My oil change was quick and efficient. Angel, offered me a water bottle while I waited. He suggested that I get an oil filter and showed me my current one. I told him that I could not afford it today. He did not seem annoyed with my response. He told me that it could wait until next time! The entire staff were nice & attractive!!”

Good indicator that this is a top-notch shop is when you look under the hood after the repairs are completed, everything that was removed to do the repairs was put back in its exact place (e.g., Air Intake box connected properly to the scoop, coolant lines/hoses routed and attached to clamps) and not hastily shoved in or like my experience with other Indy shop, completely forget to put back a critical component for engine management.4. “Brought the car in to have the ac compressor replaced as well as the drier and switch. They only replaced the compressor and said that’s what was causing our issues. We said okay, we’ll trust you. Next day, wouldn’t ya know it the issue was still there.Brought the car back and said please just replace the drier and switch like we want. They said okay, and still only fixed a leak that they found. Again we figured we’d trust their judgement. Wouldn’t ya know it, same issue again.Finally brought it back a third time and they did the drier and switch like asked on our first trip. Air works great now under all conditions. They do good work, just might have to deal with them a little to get what you want done.”
“I slid through on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed and let me tell you this was hands DOWN the best experience and best crew members I’ve ever had here. Every person that was working on 11/19/23 at about 10am deserves a raise (special shout out to Emmanuel). They all had 10/10 personalities and were just fun to be around, not to mention how quickly and efficiently they got my oil changed and replaced both my cabin and engine air filter. Emmanuel was transparent about pricing the entire time and gave me different options each with a thorough explanation. This crew is amazing at their job and they all deserve to be recognized!!”

“Big shout out to the service technician who changed the driver side low beam headlight on my daughter's Jetta on 10/10/23 afternoon. I live out town. I usually check the car when it's home, but last week I didn't see that light was out until she had to go back to CLT, and I didn't have time to fix it. After reading the reviews, I sent her to this location with new lights bought in CLT. Huge thanks to whoever did the change out quickly and w/o a crazy up sell. As her father, I feel reassured she is traveling with two working low beams again. Great work and I appreciate it!”
