“The best customer service I've ever received and experienced. Got in and out with new phone.. no hassles.. in less than and hr. Excellent phone service. Would highly recommend. Also have bridge -pay for those who don't have full monthly payment... They will cut service back on for just half your bill and you have seven days to pay the remaining. Now go get that at Verizon or att or boost. Nope not gonna happen. It's 5 &G. And it's for me..? lol

“YAY they actually have slushy machines that work, and cup/lid/straw counter nicely stocked. 2 non-7-Eleven stations in ElkinNC slushy machines are regularly broken down. We need a 7 Eleven in Elkin NC! Would rate 5* but restrooms weren't very clean.”
“Several days ago, Joseph was able to upgrade my girlfriend's phone to an iPhone 14 for free* with clever use of a new line promotion. A thoughtful reprentative, he took the time to humor me on any questions I had about deals they may be running with bundles or specific products. He also found a way to save us $5 on our bill by applying a bundle. These guys are thorough, as far as I'm concerned there's only one verizon in Statesville.”
“We got a flat tire while traveling and pulled in behind the store to try to change it. An employee came out taking the trash and saw us. She called AAA for us. While we were waiting, the manager came out and talked with us and told the kids to come in for free fountain drinks. Later, he brought out a pizza. The pizza was delicious. Kids said it tasted like Dominoes. They were so friendly and helpful. The gas was a good price, too. And there is an ATM.”
