“My aunt was in a bad way with her cricket service. She spent hours on the phone with customer service, and still could not get her phone working correctly. Probably not a big deal for most but she lives in Florida and was returning tomorrow. Her phone had no data available but had just paid for the next month. A gentleman named Rocky working at this store was patient, efficient, and professional. Wanted to thank Rocky for his effort. Yes he made everything good again.”

“YAY they actually have slushy machines that work, and cup/lid/straw counter nicely stocked. 2 non-7-Eleven stations in ElkinNC slushy machines are regularly broken down. We need a 7 Eleven in Elkin NC! Would rate 5* but restrooms weren't very clean.”

“Great store, great location easy to get in and out. Theyve got a truck stop here as well if youre a trucker! If not, no worries!! The parking lot is big enough it doesnt affect the normal vehicle customers. Theres a great variety of products and The food is always fresh and tastes great! The customer service is on point! They are always so friendly! They go above an beyond to make sure you have a great visit and help their customers with whatever they may need. And last but def not least, the ladies restroom has been clean each time ive been as well! ( didnt use mens) I would def recommend stopping and trying them out. If you do get the r ewards. You dnt need a card just put your phone number in they have lots of great deals with the rewards!”

“We got a flat tire while traveling and pulled in behind the store to try to change it. An employee came out taking the trash and saw us. She called AAA for us. While we were waiting, the manager came out and talked with us and told the kids to come in for free fountain drinks. Later, he brought out a pizza. The pizza was delicious. Kids said it tasted like Dominoes. They were so friendly and helpful. The gas was a good price, too. And there is an ATM.”
