Friendly, but I would suggest giving people the option to personalize their account/cellular information… I’ve never had any cricket store employee just randomly input things in for me without asking me first. Can’t say I’m satisfied with my experience at this location :/

The customer service from the employees is good ?but what I don't think is that they charge 4 dollars to ask a question
