“This is the best used car dealership ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The guys at Autofocus are honest, trustworty, professional, and they care about selling a quality product all while making the customer happy.I had been searching for an 06-10 v8 explorer for years now (they are surprisingly hard to find), and when one popped up for sale at Autofocus i had some family in the area go check it out for me. I live in northern Virginia and James at Autofocus was immediately accomodating to me being out of state, and was happy to let the family i have in the area drive the vehicle to an independent mechanic to inspect it for me. Once i presented the concerns the other mechanic pointed out, Autofocus immediately validated them and fixed the issue with the explorer before i purchased it. They also made the paperwork process smooth and seamless. The vehicle i wound up with is immaculate. Ive looked at several of these explorers for sale now and ive never seen one this clean. Im excited to have the vehicle ive waited so long for, and the guys at Autofocus made it happen!”

“I purchased my 2017 VW Jetta SEL 1.8L TSI with Spencer, and my experience was quick and easy. He was professional, transparent and patient with me while I narrowed down my options. Doing my share of research on the current market with the cars' specs and milage, it was a fair, if not great deal for the price. Test drove, went home to think it through, placed a deposit down over the phone to hold it a few days, and was in and out in a matter of 2 hours tops on purchase day. Spencer made sure to handle as much as he could remotely so we could move quickly and efficiently once I arrived.We did purchase the vehicle outright, so I can't speak to their financing department or process. But shout out to Steve in accounting - he got me through that mountain of paperwork in like 15 minutes, while still making sure I had room for questions and explanations.I didn't realize until too late that it didn't come with floor mats? And it could have been a little more thoroughly detailed, but overall, very happy with my purchase and experience! Compared to the market I was on foot looking at, impex seems to have one of the better/cleanlier inventories of used cars. Highly reccomend!”
