I had to keep going to the store because My package had issues wrong color, remotes didn't work and one time didn't send the right ones I ordered

Never had any issues here. The staff are helpful and patient. The self-service machine for return drop-offs is great.

Always enough knowledgeable staff on hand. Even with a lot a people in to mail packages, the line moves quickly. This my preferred UPS location
