We have a great relationship and any problems that arise she takes care of.If their rates could be better we would use them as much as we possibly could. We have been in the business for 40 years and have great rates but they do their best to be competitive.”

“Visited this location about 2:00 today to return a 50 lb. Kettlebell to Amazon. At 73, that’s a little hefty to carry far! Peyton helped me with it as soon as I got in the door. To return thru UPS would have required me to purchase a $12 box. I decided to return the item another way. Even though I didn’t use this UPS store, Peyton asked if he could carry my heavy package to my car. The epitome of good customer service is helping when it doesn’t benefit you financially just then. Thanks, Peyton. …..and UPS, hang on to this one! Raise his pay, promote him, whatever! Employees with good hearts make your business look good!!”

“I don't use UPS a lot. But when I do it is very painless and very efficient from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I for the most part have never been inside a location longer than 5 minutes. Unless there is a customer causing the delay, never due to an employee.”

I chose to go to the terminal to pick it up, and they were fantastic at the terminal and they got me loaded in no time flat and the manger was top notch and the guy that loaded me was over the top. “This is a great place. When in the Federal Government's wisdom they closed a very popular Post Office, these folks stepped right in and make a place 10X better than any U.S. Post Office. “Visited the 3912 Battleground location this morning. They were slammed with only 1 employee visible but she rocked it! With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be. I have visited other UPS stores in the area and have been greeted by some pretty miserable humans. Not this one. Thanks Cordella for the kindness you showed today and for your hard work in getting an extremely long line served quickly. “Have to drop trailer and wait for unloaded of it. Have to leave UPS while their unloading of it. Then said come back 8 hours to pick up. As I've seen on previous reviews they will leave pallets and shrink wrap on the floor for you to clean. I'll see.”
