  The one thing that made me quite unhappy, using UPS over USPS, is that for the exact amount of money to ship my package, which I was shocked about, I had to do so much work entering the shipping information. USPS accepts the package and they do the work. I prefer for others to do the work.

  Staff was very polite and helpful with my shipments that I needed to get out.
