Come here hauling the racks for the shelves. Hot here by 8:00 for 9:00 appointment they gave me a dock but had to clean the way so it took a little bit of time which is understandable. Out by 10:00 so 5 stars

Go to another location or better yet the Ace Hardware on Market St. This crew knows nothing about fasteners. They process shipping orders for local businesses. They know addresses; 'hey your order is in'. Fasteners that they think are rare are carried in every HD and Lowes nationwide.
