“Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I know there paint is a little higher than other places but it goes on the walls really good and looks flawless. Well worth the extra money.***Adding to my review: the reason it looks like their paint is more expensive is because with other paints you will have to put on more coats of paint. For ever 1 coat of Sherwin Williams would be 2 coats for other store paints. So really their paint is NOT higher than the other stores paint and ALWAYS remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.”

The service guys noticed the confusion I had when they came to work on my floor and got me a wonderful professional, Jessica, who willingly answered all of my questions and provided me contact info for future reference. “UPDATE - I contacted CSR as requested in the reply to my post. Within the day I received call from store manager. He listened. He confirmed what I was saying and luckily I didn't buy the paint the day before because it wasn't right. He had the right paint ready for me the next day. Kudos for the follow up/making it right. ORIGINAL - If you want to be talked down to and treated like you are ignorant, please shop here. And funny thing, I'm not the only customer here and the next person is being treated the same. Very arrogant and rude. I love SW paint and will remain a SW customer....just not at this store.”
