“Always a great experience. Even though they were clearly slammed with cars they still took good care of me and had my car back quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve never felt like they’re trying to milk my wallet in almost 15 years or taking my cars to them. Brad and the entire team are just the best. And frankly, as a pretty terrible car owner (I’m bad about regular maintenance and happily put off things until it’s a crisis) I like how non judgmental they are. Most people probably wouldn’t care about that but it’s a major plus for me.”
“My car broke down on my way through Greensboro. I called 4 other local auto shops that were closest to me first, none of which could guarantee they'd even be able to look at my car that same day. But these guys were great! Told me if I could make it there they'd check it out immediately, and if they had the parts to fix it, would make the time. They were super professional and kind. Very knowledgeable and the prices were very fair. Offered me water while I waited and gave me updates. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and haven't had any issues with my car since (it's been about a month). Would highly recommend!”

“I am absolutely thrilled with David and I’m Your Mechanic!!! Yesterday my check engine light started flashing along with the car shaking when accelerating. I got Advanced Auto to read the code which was a misfire on cylinder 4. I did some research on mobile mechanics and found that I’m Your Mechanic had great reviews on multiple sites.
I called at 8:00AM and David’s wife said that David could come by at around 11:30 today and that she would text when he was on his way. I texted my address and I received a couple texts before the appointment just to let me know a better estimate on the exact time he would be coming. I then got a text saying that he was on his way.
David showed up right on time and he was able to diagnose the issue, pick up the parts, and install new spark plugs and ignition coil and now my car is back in business. Only charged me for one hour of labor plus the actual cost of the parts. He even replaced a part that I had ordered from the dealer which was a long plastic piece that goes along the driver’s seat where the electric seat controls are. I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and price!!! Oh, and David is a very personable guy. I enjoyed talking to him and I wholeheartedly recommend I’m Your Mechanic!”

“Long story short had an issue with my Ford expedition involving the ignition coil.... Went out on me at work towards the end of my shift on top of a lot of shops said they didn't trust working on it because of a known spark plug issue.... One shop I contacted referred me to Oakleys and it was a blessing in disguise Had the trick towed there and gave them a light rundown of what was going on.. They called first thing this morning and gave me the diagnostic results
And the truck was ready before lunch... Definitely won't be going anywhere else!!! Appreciate u guys for the excellent service”
“Hassan was a great sales person .I felt very comfortable with him . My only issue was with managers when the wrong BOS went to Allegacy. I called 2 times that day snd got 2 different managers who were supposed to call me back. No one did. Hassan was off i was relying on them . Finally on Monday Hassan got it straight and sent the correct BOS to Allegacy. From there it was smooth sailing and we got the car on Tuesday.”
