Overall, one of the BEST experiences with any customer service we've ever had. Omar is absolutely the best. I came in just to pay the bill and get a couple of lines removed from the account. He explained to me that I'd have to contact Verizon customer service to get those lines removed. I asked him about increasing our data plan cause we had the 2GB plan. He explained to me the new plans and then asked if I wanted to upgrade. Long story short (LSS), I left with a new phone, a smart watch and a new tablet (for my husband) with all the necessities needed. Due to my husband's work schedule, we had to come back the following Thursday to pick up the tablet due to it having to be ordered. Again, LSS, my husband left with a new phone and he ordered a new smart watch, too! It took a few days to get everything completed but Omar never seemed irritated/annoyed with us and our schedules to complete the whole transaction. We've been with Verizon for about 15 years now and during that time, we've encountered a handful of employees that we found to be the best. But, unfortunately they leave the store for other opportunities/reasons. My husband told this to Omar and asked if he was going to be there the next time we might need him. Omar replied he's been with the company for 5 years and doesn't plan on going anywhere, anytime! My husband and I both feel with employees like Omar, we will never switch to another mobile provider. Again, Omar is THE BEST!!!”
