“Got a flat tire on I-40W, and was stranded by the median for almost two hours. Called multiple other towing companies, and was given an average wait time of 1-2 hours. Finally called Big Joker, and they said they’d be there in about 20-30 minutes, and they were! They were super quick, efficient, and friendly! I am so thankful they were able to help us in such a short amount of time! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I absolutely would! Thank you so much, Big Joker!!!!”
“This little shop and the guys deserve a 10!! Their customer service can be described as "unique quality". They are super honest too. I had a nail on a brand new tired today and the main guy, I am not sure if it is the owner told me they couldn't patch it, but he was certain a plug will fix it. I got there with the spare on, because that's all AAA was able to do, swap it, because it is their policy nowadays and I didn't know it. They got me in and out of there in no time, and they were busy!! I highly recommend this shop, I do. I go every time for the inspection, but today, even as minor as it seems, they made me be very thankful for those guys!!”

“I have a '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee with anti-theft. They're notorious for issues, causing the vehicle not to start, or more so, keep running (auto kill after a few seconds). The override (unlock with the key in the front door and the same for the hatch) didn't work. I had used Johnny's many years before with another oddball problem and they did their Houdini trick and fixed it (diagnosed the issue from years of experience and knowledge and solved it the same way). Same with the '93 Jeep. They put in a new fuse box for the anti-theft only (the port for the anti-theft was fried in the original, but only the anti-theft port) and set up a bypass wiring around the anti-theft, and voila! These guys know their stuff. It's a '93 Jeep... I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant amount to fix it (and I know somebody that will buy it for a fair price), but I did want to keep it if it was a reasonable amount to fix it. It was. I felt I had good communication throughout the repair. Not cheap, but very fair. Not the fastest, but very timely. I value those values. They know their stuff (I repeat myself). I wouldn't hesitate to contact them, yet again.”

“First of all, I want to say thank you to Mike, Tyler, Sergio and the rest of the crew that worked on my lil dumpster fire MINI Cooper S, lol. It started with a thermostat replacement and ended with a new head gasket. This car was in bad shape, but they fixed 'er up nicely! And the prices here? VERY reasonable compared to other places I've been. These people at Johnson & Johnson were very kind and got my car in and out as soon as possible! They were very thorough in explaining everything, and always kept me updated! I brought her home a few weeks ago, and she's been running like she's never felt so alive! Listen, they had to do a lot of repairs on this poor car, and I appreciate them putting up with the frequent appointments. But now? I think she'll be alright for a little while, thanks to the awesome mechanics! To be honest, I'll be surprised if they don't recognize my phone number when I call. Hopefully, they'll forget it by the time she needs more work done! You guys will be the first place I schedule an appointment with anytime I need ANYTHING done with this car. Thanks so much! I appreciate everything you guys have done to help get my lil piece-of-garbage (that I happen to love dearly) back on the road!”
“Was hanging out with my mother, going to lunch and such when her tire pressure monitor went off. I hopped out to check them and one was near flat. "GAI" was close and a neighborhood business. Several customers, but Mom got a new tire installed in maybe 20 minutes! The tire tech was very humble, polite and VERY fast! I'd recommend particularly considering it's a small business AND they probably have mostly local visitors so not as much of a wait.”
