“A big thank you to the staff at WFAH for squeezing us in Monday night so Thai could be seen. The staff, including Dr. Bush and Dr. Khan, were so informative regarding Thai's procedure and follow up treatment. Thank you for helping us in our stressful time of need.”

“The staff was so welcoming and absolutely sweet! Everyone engaged with us and treated us as if we had been there for years, it was our first visit. We were highly pleased with the woman helping us. We are bad at remembering names, but she was so polite, responsive, and helped us with any questions or concerns we had about our puppy. She also gave us tips on how to care for him since we mentioned this is our first time owning a puppy of our own. We will 100% recommend this place to anyone we know! Also the prices are very reasonable and affordable for lower income families!”

“I'm a first-time chicken mom, and when one of my babies got sick, I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find help for her. I was beyond thrilled when I found out that this vet establishment saw chickens, and they were even able to get my chicken in same day. Dr. Rednour examined her, gave her antibiotics, and gave me advice on what I could do to continue care at home. He took his time (maybe 30 minutes) talking about different things I could give her to get her well, and also on ways to protect my flock. He's a no-frills vet and got straight to the point, which was exactly what I, and my chicken, needed. Thank you so much!”

“We took our elderly dog to Heartwood Animal Hospital for her yearly checkup. We wanted a place closer to home and more personable which the visit was just that and more! Dr Sheppard was awesome, attentive and friendly. The tech was awesome also! Both were what we've been looking for and we are so happy we took her there!!!”

“Dr. Caballero is outstanding, and we are completely satisfied with how she provides care and guidance for Callie. We're so happy to be associated with Complete Pet Care, which is a total step up from where we were serviced previously.”

“I've only been here two times with my new puppy but I'm very impressed with the entire office. Everyone I encountered was very personable and all my questions were answered plus they were very good at putting my pup at ease during her exam and vaccinations”

“I'm so surprised by the amount of negative reviews because this is one of the more caring Banfield Hospitals I've been to. The staff are so calm and welcoming. As someone with a geriatric pup, they took so much care with her. Dr. E is very, very thorough, detail-oriented, and explained everything about our dog's appointment today. Even the front desk staff are very welcoming. They also had many other senior dogs that day coming in, so that made me feel a lot better bringing my old doggo in for the first time. Again, very thorough and I really appreciated the level of time and care they gave to my baby during her comprehensive. Definitely coming back.”
