“I'm so surprised by the amount of negative reviews because this is one of the more caring Banfield Hospitals I've been to. The staff are so calm and welcoming. As someone with a geriatric pup, they took so much care with her. Dr. E is very, very thorough, detail-oriented, and explained everything about our dog's appointment today. Even the front desk staff are very welcoming. They also had many other senior dogs that day coming in, so that made me feel a lot better bringing my old doggo in for the first time. Again, very thorough and I really appreciated the level of time and care they gave to my baby during her comprehensive. Definitely coming back.”
