“Decent hotel, the staff is great. They’ve fixed every issue I’ve had In a timely manner.
Unfortunately the establishment is older and it’s starting to show in the rooms and with appliances.
If corporate put as much effort/refurbishment into service as the staff I’ve dealt with do it would be way better.”

“We were here a couple of weeks ago for All American Week (2025) and I have to say I am not sure where some of these reviews came from. They actually had me nervous. We chose to stay at Carolina Inn. So many of the reviews were wrong! Man, what a nice place!! It was more like an apartment with stocked kitchen, a pass thru dining room that opens to a patio. Two full baths and shower pressure that will blow your skin off. The bed was so comfortable. You also have a separate living room area. I highly recommend staying at the Carolina Inn. We had breakfast every morning at the main hotel.”

“I told the nice lady in the front I'd write a review and here it is. Best hotel I've stayed in a while and I travel alot for work. It doesn't just look clean but it feels clean. Very comfortable room and the shower pressure was immaculate. The breakfast cooked by the nice ladies, was also well made.”

“The hotel is nice, the breakfast is slightly above your basic hotel morning breakfast. The pool was perfect for small kids to play, the gym was big enough to enjoy, the Marco's Pizza place in walking distant, the friendly staff made the price worth it. I would recommend this place for those reasons. BUT the kicker was...the staff was helpful. The male maids seemed not so friendly, but the females were great. I lost my ear buds and could not find them anywhere after checking out. Ramona Johnson took time to walk with me to the room, gym and pool area to help me find them. She went above and beyond and was super nice. The lady overseeing the breakfast was running the area like a pro. She keep the place clean and allowed a few last comers to get a few items before the kitchen closed. Overall..Average rooms that were clean, great location, best workout room I have seen for a 3 star hotel and the pool served its purpose. I would stay again for the perks. Also in walking distant for snacks.”

“I visited this location 21-23 FEB. Let me break down my experience. I am an army veteran with high anxiety/OCD. Interactions are EVERYTHING to me!

Breakfast: Now breakfast wasnt a 5-star restaurant quality & that shouldnt be expected at a hotel breakfast bar. However, it was a nice spread. You could definitely eat there every morning to start your day and not be mad at all. I just wish the coffee was better. I am a coffee snob lol
They also have a mini supermarket equipped with frozen meals, drinks, snacks & drinks.

Rooms: I shared a Double Queen Suite with my sister Rm 104 I believe.
The room was HUGE. I have stayed in many hotels. We had so much room it was ridiculous. It felt like a mini condo.
The bathroom was a decent size (I just wish it was a walk in shower). The kitchen area was appreciated. (Microwave/mini fridge & sink; with lots of counter space)
The living room area has a couch and chair. Like I said we had SPACE.

Service: Ms Toya, Judea & Eric were amazing. I dont think I had a question they couldnt answer. Coming from MD; the ease of conversation and the happiness of their attitudes were so appreciated. Stellar Staff!

Location: Okay so I gave this a 4/5. The hotel is tucked away. My GPS had me go past it a few times. They also have some outside construction going on; which makes it difficult to know if you are in the right place or not.

Parking: Even with construction there was plenty of parking and I never felt unsafe.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a piece of MIND!

Nearby activities: There are soooo many places to eat and drink near the hotel. It is a military town; so, it is equipped for family!!

“Amy, the Hotel Manager, was truly exceptional. Her helpfulness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. She consistently exceeded expectations to accommodate my needs, even outside of the hotels regular hours. ?‍♀️

Crystal, the cleaning lady, was also very helpful and friendly. ?

The premises were adorned with beautiful flowers, which provided a welcoming sight as we entered the office. These lovely flowers were also thoughtfully placed throughout the courtyard and on the picnic table. I believe these floral touches significantly enhanced our sense of welcome and extended an open invitation for a future visit. ?

My room was exceptionally clean, which is a crucial factor for me when deciding whether to return. The room surpassed all of my cleanliness standards. ✨️

“Stayed here with family for a wedding. All staff encountered were welcoming, professional and very helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean with comfortable beds; the whole place seems updated and the food from the grill was very good and made to order. We enjoyed our brief stay here. I certainly hope the staff is treated well here because they certainly deserve it, esp front desk and grill cook!!”

“Hosted a ball here and let me tell you—this place is amazing! From setup to tear down, Mrs. Rowena and her staff handled everything flawlessly. All I had to do was provide the head count, meal selections, and payment. The staff stayed on top of every detail; anytime I asked for something, it was taken care of almost immediately. Their attentiveness and professionalism were a huge relief, especially since event planning can be so stressful.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend you host you balls, parties, or conferences here!”

“It met the most important requirement, it was clean. The beds were very comfortable, on the softer side which I really liked. It's basic in amenities, but the price was perfect for it as I need to pay for two rooms. It's a little farther off I95 than I first thought, but a good location.”

Rooms:
• First week: King Suite with split layout (Room 518) — spacious and convenient with a semi–full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and two-burner stove.
• Second week: Standard King Suite (Room 614) — same great amenities without the split design.

What Could Be Better:
• Some furniture feels lightweight and worn; the living room table and desk was noticeably wobbly; squeaky office chair.
• Curtains and sheers had stains and a few tears — could use a refresh.
• Walls had visible marks in several spots and would benefit from a deeper clean.
• Sofa in both rooms showed wear and could use a professional steam cleaning.
• Breakfast is okay but rotates the same items every other day, so variety is limited.
• Technology is dated — the TV isn’t personalized (no guest greeting), doesn’t support streaming apps, and channel selections are limited.

What They Do Well:
• Bed is comfortable and enough towels for a few days.
• Staff is excellent — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
• Hallways and elevators are clean and smell fresh.
• Good snack selection in the lobby.
• Plenty of parking.
• Convenient location near several restaurants, some within walking distance.
• High ceilings and in-room ceiling fans are a big plus.
• Bright, open hallways add to the overall comfort.

Overall:
We travel to Fayetteville often and have stayed at several Hilton properties in the area. Despite a few housekeeping and furniture issues, this has been the best stay so far — largely because of the outstanding staff. With some updates and deeper room cleaning, this hotel could easily surpass more expensive options nearby.”

“Greatly appreciate this establishment. They really stepped it up from my first week in here in room 103. It wasn’t the best but they switched my room to 227 and then again to 429. The only thing that got me uncomfortable was the bullet hole in the window of 429. I was recently shot so it triggered me but I pushed through and enjoyed my time with the staff and saw how the cleanliness really got better and made me feel like I was at home. Today I’m parting ways with them because God blessed my finance and I with a humble abide and now I’m free and back to living with God at the forefront of all my decisions. God bless everyone and anybody sick read Isaiah 53:5 and know you are healed my his stripes and whole. “Decided to take a quick teip.to Fayetteville to do some adventuring. TownePlcce is almost in the Sam's parking lot, had a Walmart and restaurants withing walking distance. Rooms are great with a decent kitchenette and a huge closet. Great service and I love they get the emploinvolved an have fun for the holidays. They have a mini Christmas tree decorating contest and there were some pretty creative trees. I like to workout when I travel and they had lower weights for women and tons of.free weights. It's cold outside, but looking at it, the outdoor pool looks nice. Good choice for my stay.”

“I only rated they stay so low because the hot breakfast we normally try to make sure we have in the mornings from hotels was want a joke and two very poorly stocked even from 6:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. it was pretty bleak our first day there. The next day wasn't that bad but they definitely ran out of food really fast for just having a truck arrive. They seem to be lacking in. Keep up with the breakfast areas and the food being stocked again. I go there first thing in the morning when I wake up and once again right before they close up just to make sure the kids have some munchies. And being the choice privilege customer that I am I've stayed at very nice choice hotels and some not so nice but breakfast is normally something that don't ever mess up. So yeah.”

“Live here off and on for two years me and my wife never had any probably with the owner or the staff dee the owner was always polite in anytime we needed anything always helped us in the housekeeper would always make sure we had everything we needed everyday and for all these people talking about bed bugs and roaches like I said I stayed there 2 years off and on and never had no problems with no bed bugs might have seen a few roaches every now and then but not no bed bugs and dee is a very respectable elderly man I seen some girl on here talking about he only likes Street girls that man is very respectful to everybody”

“I've stayed there on several occasions and it's not as bad as some of the others have made it out to be... but then again I suppose some of the rooms are better than others, so perhaps some of the complaints are valid.
The location is good - the coffee shops, eateries, and bars, etc. located in little downtown Fayetteville are almost right outside your doorstop, all within walking distance(as is the liquor store. It's right across the street-- meaning you can have a few drinks and don't have to drive anywhere!). And the owners are super-nice.
On the other hand, theres a good bit of drug activity and prostitution in the area. And the place could definitely use an upgrade.
Given its location, and with all the upgrades happening downtown, this place has alot of potential...just needs a little work.
I'd stay there again if neccessary.
Update: I'm staying there again, it's quiet. Nobody's bothers me. I like the location. I wasn't given the best room but I know that they have some decent rooms, no complaints. And the lady Clerk is super nice ?”

“I usually stay at this hotel for business. The location is perfect. With 4 choices of food for dinner there’s something for everyone but if you want to try something else, walking distance there are tons of options. The rooms are extremely comfortable; the service is personal and caring. Staff is always smiling and nothing is ever an issue. Highly recommend, I would not stay anywhere else”
