“100% recommend if your PCSing to the area stay here. GM Brad is a great and really supportive of soldiers. We passed the 14 day TLE and he was really supportive and willing to help us out. 21 years of military service and 5 PCS’s and never was met with as much kindness and true support for a service member as I did from this place. Rooms are larger than anywhere else. Much better than being cramped into a normal hotel room for a long stay. Make this your first call and stay. An easy walk to restaurants, movie theater and big mall. Just 10 mins to the soldier support center for in processing. Thank you Brad for going beyond and helping our family when we needed it.”

“My family and had a great stay at this Springhill Suites Marriot! The staff is amazing. They are all warm, friendly, helpful and all with smiles on their faces. Definitely one of the best experiences at a Marriott! Good fitness room open 24/7. Good breakfast. Loved their fresh lemon and lime water- it’s the little things too that make a stay even better and they nailed it :) Everything was clean including the room. This staff and location is 5 out of 5 stars all the way!”

You'll need one for the lights and this was not made clear at check-in or when booking the room.They also do not allow their breakfast to be taken outside of the dining area (up to a room for sleeping kids/spouse).Ask about getting a room opposite the side facing the interstate.Otherwise the room was great and would definitely go back!”

“I was here for a 4 day work week and by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Mrs. Valerie at the front desk I believe her name was if not she’s the lady the works the morning/mid shift was by far the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. She loves working there and it shows! She was extremely helpful in anything that I needed and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whoever is Mrs. Valerie’s manager please know she takes care of her guest and this hotel with pride. I would definitely be going back next time I come down.”

“Staff is really friendly just off the main highway but close to restaurants the mall there is a roses and a grocery store. Not far by rooms are clean and peaceful and quiet. They have the morning breakfast to go for you before you leave.$$if there's something you forget, they have a little store beside the front desk that you can buy small items at a reasonable price”

“We stayed here on our way back from Jacksonville, FL. Like many of the places to stay, it was quite some distance from the highway, and took us some time to get there once we left the interstate. Once we got there, though, it was great. The rooms were clean, and the staff at breakfast was super friendly. We enjoyed interacting with them. Despite the long drive to get there and then back from the road, we would return if it works out for a future trip.”

“It was very clean quiet and was shocked I got a room with a 50 or 55 inch TV the only problem I had was where they had the refrigerator now when I walked in yu couldn't tell it was broke coming out of place and the draws to. I took a couple pictures of the cabinet door ??Scroll Scroll all way ?? cuz once I opened it to go in the fridge there was no way for me to close it shut. I guess if I use force but wasn't trying to?♀️I won't say it's a safe place to go out late at night to smoke a cigarette at the picnic table out in the back cuz I was outside smoking a cigarette a little pass 11 and 4 guys walked up behind me as I was sitting with my back towards them when I seen them my heart fell I picked up my phone and acted Ad if I was talking to somebody and walked back in 2 my room safe and sound ?Safety: Not safe to be out in the back to smoke a cigarette after 8pmFood & drinks: They didn't supply food and drinks and the room had no microwave or coffee maker.”

“Renovations have been made to room with nice touches. Choice Hotels has some of the most comfortable mattresses, pillows and bed linens. The window treatments were hard to operate with remote. And my phone and microphone didn’t work. But Vicky at the front desk was very helpful. Also hotel is next for to Crackel Barrel and several fast food places including Starbucks nearby.”

There could be more attention to maintenance, the exterior door nearest my room does not have a working key reader and the ice machine close to my room is make a loud racket like the compressor is about to fail.Rooms: Spacious and clean, no issue with them.”

“I booked a double queen room through a third party company and when we arrived at the hotel, there were no double rooms available. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The hotel was clan and had everything we needed, but the most exceptional thing about the stay was definitely the excellent customer service. April and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic, including great tips on things to do while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.”

“BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! Single most disgusting motel I've ever seen. I was only staying there one night so I could attend a convention. Everywhere else was booked up and I wasn't planning to be at the motel much anyway. The entire property was gross. Everything was covered in grime and dirt, and I haven't even gotten to the room yet. The room was horrible. The microwave didn't work. The toilet seat was broken. The room was filfy. It's the kind of motel you'd see in a rob zombie movie. Absolutely repulsive. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there. Also I got completely bitten up by bed bugs and I didn't even sleep under the covers. If I could put negative stars i would. This place should be condemned. There's a reason they have a no refund policy posted at the check in desk. Save yourself the money and possible diseases you will get here and book somewhere else.”

“Live here off and on for two years me and my wife never had any probably with the owner or the staff dee the owner was always polite in anytime we needed anything always helped us in the housekeeper would always make sure we had everything we needed everyday and for all these people talking about bed bugs and roaches like I said I stayed there 2 years off and on and never had no problems with no bed bugs might have seen a few roaches every now and then but not no bed bugs and dee is a very respectable elderly man I seen some girl on here talking about he only likes Street girls that man is very respectful to everybody”

“First two night were fine. Third night there was hours and hours of screaming children running up and down the halls. People knocking on doors, shouting. It finally ended about 0500. What was the staff doing? Who knows. But there is no way they couldn't have heard it. One or two times, just inconsiderate people, but all night? Neglectful staff. Would NOT go back.”
