Really good to have that set aside in a different section of the store rather than having things thrown together like other locations.”

“Big Lots has changed for the better since I moved to Fayetteville in 2013. The store is much more organized, bright and clean. The furniture sold there is comparable and has the quality of other brand-name furniture stores and you can get lost in the decorative isles. I bought the cutest jacket and matching (soft) joggers yesterday, they had a blue set as well but unfortunately, my size was not available. ? On a positive note, I'm not sure who is running the store nowadays but they have given Big Lots a boost in my book and I will be comparing other BL's to this one! Kudos to management!??????”

“Ross is probably my favorite place to shop for clothing and shoes etc & has a wide selection of bags/purses/suitcases & jewelery (good place to find gifts for loved ones). This location lacks when it comes to furniture, rugs, bedding etc. The other location on Ramsey st has more furniture and items that would come in handy at home. But this is the location for personal shopping & the staff is somewhat friendly.”
“Most pleasant staff ever seen. I just bought 10 food safe 5 gallons buckets. The employee drilled holes into my bucket free of charge. I never expected this but I did ask if they would do so. I am very happy of the help I recceived and the courtesy of the staff. And the bucket were on sale for $ 4.00 each. 4/14/2024

“I never favor coming to this Walmart I usually go to the one in Cameron, but cashier Kayla showed wonderful customer service and her lines move very quickly! She kept a smile and was very nice to everyone in her line! 5 star and many can learn from her professionalism! I spoke to her manager and informed her of Kayla and her manager was very kind also! “I absolutely LOVE the new grocery pick up service at this Wal-Mart. Every time I've used it, the products are correct, the customer service is excellent and it saves me so much time! Yesterday, I had a small problem with a substitution of an item ordered. This morning, the manager personally called me to make sure it was resolved correctly. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Another order placed today for items I forgot to order yesterday. Love, love, love the FREE pick up. (There is a minimum $30 order for free pick up but I've never walked out of Wal-Mart for less than $30 so this is no big deal to me.)”
