“I went to Kohl's to visit Sephora. I have found some products online and Sephora is the only place I could actually purchase them in town. They had everything I wanted and the gentleman working there was so helpful! He color matched me for the tinted moisturizer I was looking at and gave me great feedback regarding some cream blush and eyeliner I was looking at. His makeup was so glamorous and perfect.”

“Ross is probably my favorite place to shop for clothing and shoes etc & has a wide selection of bags/purses/suitcases & jewelery (good place to find gifts for loved ones). This location lacks when it comes to furniture, rugs, bedding etc. The other location on Ramsey st has more furniture and items that would come in handy at home. But this is the location for personal shopping & the staff is somewhat friendly.”

They were just rude and the one worker was disrespectful so if your ever in Odem St in Hope mills and you have car trouble dont even waste your time there because them workers will cause somebody to catch a CASE for real but Thank God a couple by standers were passing bye and they stopped and helped me.. “I absolutely LOVE the new grocery pick up service at this Wal-Mart. Every time I've used it, the products are correct, the customer service is excellent and it saves me so much time! Yesterday, I had a small problem with a substitution of an item ordered. This morning, the manager personally called me to make sure it was resolved correctly. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Another order placed today for items I forgot to order yesterday. Love, love, love the FREE pick up. (There is a minimum $30 order for free pick up but I've never walked out of Wal-Mart for less than $30 so this is no big deal to me.)”

“This goes out to Karen in the pharmacy department!I waited the 30 minutes after confirming my prescription and when I came back, one of my prescriptions wasn't ready yet. Apparently the system had glitched and come back as my medication wasn't in stock. She happened to know that it indeed WAS in stock. Instead of accepting what the computer said, or making me wait another 2 hours because lunch was coming up for the pharmacy team, she helped remedy it IMMEDIATELY by working with the pharmacist to help me get my prescription. I will never forget that. I usually don't have the best experience with people, but that meant so much to me that she went out of her way to help me.”

“I have been going to this Walmart for about 9 years, and I like it a lot. It's usually organized and clean, which makes it easier to find what you are looking for. They have a good variety of products, the staff is nice, and it's a safe place. I've never had any safety issues here, which in Fayetteville is important because some areas are not the best. I've been there at nighttime many times, and I've never felt unsafe. I would recommend this Walmart to anyone.”

“Gillis Hill Walmart is always organized stocked and clean. I never have to wait in line and it’s the easiest Walmart to get assistance from their staff. Basically they are the exact opposite of Walmart off of 301 and Gillespie. Where they’re either always on break or it’s not their department.”

“Big Lots has changed for the better since I moved to Fayetteville in 2013. The store is much more organized, bright and clean. The furniture sold there is comparable and has the quality of other brand-name furniture stores and you can get lost in the decorative isles. I bought the cutest jacket and matching (soft) joggers yesterday, they had a blue set as well but unfortunately, my size was not available. ? On a positive note, I'm not sure who is running the store nowadays but they have given Big Lots a boost in my book and I will be comparing other BL's to this one! Kudos to management!??????”
