“Filed and signed paperwork online 10/30 for move in next day on 10/31. Access code I was given didnt work, pulled around to the office and got a temporary code after staff confirmed my documents had all been signed and the code should work, after the system showed my reservation could not be found.
Indoors is super clean, outside and the system could use some work. There should be a team to stop by every day to at least check the lot, check if it needs cleaning. I found nails around back by the automatic doors, one of which kept making noises like it was trying to close but looked like it was off track so it couldn't. Can't blame Go Store It, some people are just trashy. All the employees i interacted with were great though.”

“I had two men and a truck move the contents of my home to my garage for two months so I could do major work in my house. When it was time to have it replaced to my house, I was able to book a date without a long wait. JD and Dana showed up to empty my garage. I have new flooring and the whole house had been painted. They were so careful with my furniture and my home. It took them half the time that had been estimated. Before they left, I had changed my mind about the location of several pieces of furniture. They moved it to where I wanted it until I was satisfied. This company was highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I cannot recommend them enough. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I needed movers, this would be the company I would call again. 5 star rating for sure. The picture shows my furniture in my garage.”
