Drove to O'Reilly's in Fletcher next as they were closing. They were as nice and helpful as they could be. They changed my battery without being rushed or rude. I'll never go anywhere else. “I bought my Crosstrek from them in 2021 and so far it has been great! I was not use to all the electric upgrades the newer cars have now and Subaru staff gave me the opportunity for me to bring my car back so they could re-teach me about all the electronic hands free gadgets even though I had already bought the car. I bring my Crosstrek back to them for services and inspections and staff are always friendly and helpful. they send me a video each time explaining what the mechanic is doing and seeing in my car as they are working on it. Staff from Subaru Hunter called me on my birthday just to wish me a happy birthday! never in my life have I heard of a car dealership do this before, it was so sweet!”

“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle.
