Shane was able to fix my car in a couple of hours and we were good to go, the AC was cool and cold because this NC weather is hot and humid! “Literally will NEVER go anywhere else for my tires and wheels. The staff is so incredibly kind. Chris has that place moving like a well oiled machine but with compassionate and competent human beings. They work quickly and efficiently and I’ve never had an issue. If something happens to your tires from here, you can bring them back within a certain window and get the issue fixed. They ensure you know what’s going on with your vehicle within the scope of their work and make you feel so comfortable. I’ve never felt oversold or pressured into anything here. They are not pushy with add ons or upgrades. They ask and if you decline, they move along. Anywhere else I’ve been, I’ve felt pressured to get or do things that I probably didn’t actually need. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this specific location for all your needs.
