“This is my first time visiting Harrell’s Auto Service on Owen Drive and it couldn’t have been a better visit. I brought my car in for my yearly state inspection and the personnel at Harrell’s were very courteous and kept me abreast of how the inspection was going and of any issues the mechanic observed during the inspection that would require repairs in the near future, but would not affect my car inspection. From the time I walked into Harrell’s, to the time I left, it was all of 30-minutes, which is some what impressive considering I didn’t have an appointment to begin with and why I’ve given Harrell’s Auto Service on Owen Drive 5-Stars for outstanding service!”

“Redline Tire & Auto did a great job on my 2021 F150 which they installed a leveling kit, 35” tires, and did an alignment on. I took a peek when they were putting my wheels back on and they actually used a torque wrench on every lug nut which shows me that they do the job right and double check everything before they send the customer off. I called another me shop in Fayettville for a quote for the exact same work and it was DOUBLE what Redline charged me. Super happy will send people their way and definitely use them again in the future”

I and they worked me right in with my car and updated me along the way and actually listened to my complaints about what the car was doing. I had taken it to two other shops, and they could not find vacuum leaks or oil leaks, my car is a 2002 with 257,000 miles on the chassis and a JDM swap 2 L so it took some effort on their part to identify the problems but they were persistent and incredibly thorough and now my car car runs better than it ever has.
