Carlos was extremely kind to me as I expressed the concerns I was having with my vehicle. He was so respectful and He eased my mind by keeping me updated on my 2016 Mercedes GLA 250 Base along with collaboration with my SilverRock warranty! He kept my vehicle as long as he needed to in order to diagnose it PROPERLY and THOROUGHLY! “After talking with a competitor of this business about getting a simple fluid and filter change and it would take them 5 days of keeping my car I called Deans Transmission on Skibo Road on a recommendation from Butch’s Performance. They told me to bring it down and they would be able to get it in and done that day.Picked up the car that afternoon and I must say that this car never shifted any better. Great job at a reasonable price.Did I mention the pleasure that was to interact with the people that work there.
