Spectrum isn't bad by any means and when the prices jump after the promotion ends it usually goes up 10 to 15 bucks a month. The staff are pretty friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you don't want to sit for 30 to 45 min

The line was so long everybody before me left I got in and out real quick just to replace a modem
