Very disappointed, why have an open sign and say they close at 7 if it’s false??? My phone has been having technical difficulties. Was going to buy a new one, got there exactly at 6:12 and door was locked. I tried calling and knocking but no opened the door.

They will still charge you a protection plan for $8 even, though you don’t want it. You’re best bet is to go to Walmart and get the SIM card and activate your new line yourself . If not they charge $25 activation fee and $10 for the esim.

Amazing customer service!!!! The phone I wanted was sold out but the wonderful man who works here was able to help me order the phone I needed at another cricket location right before close. He helped me on 3/6 at 7:45pm. If any manager sees this give him a raise!!!
