“I love shopping here. But 2nd shift , they are a little loud and unprofessional there was this young girl working around closing and she would start talking to the young guy that works nights and we could literally hear her all the way to the back of the store! And was on her phone using her voice command texting ! Very inappropriate! It would be a fantastic store if some were a little more mature and professional!”
“As Floridians we were happy to find this Publix so convenient to us. Nicely laid out and well stocked. We usually go to Ingalls while in NC, but not this time. Just didn’t seem the same as in previous years. Thank you Publix for opening here. You need a larger parking lot though!”

“Food Lion has the best prices in this area when compared with other mainstream supermarkets. It is generally less expensive than Ingles, Publix, and Harris Teeter. I like the produce department. They have more choices in each category than some stores.”

“We love shopping at Aldi's. No matter where you are you can usually find one and save Big Time on everything. We have never bought an item that wasn't good. Their meats are tender and delicious. We buy Chuck Roast (2 to 3lbs) and then I slice them up into steaks. They are so delicious over a charcoal grill. The Bacon wrapped Felit Steaks (2 per pack) are a can't miss also. You can't go wrong with Aldi's, and don't forget about the APP and you can order your groceries and just pick them up. It's so easy. We Highly Recommend Aldi's Grocery Stores.”
“I don't shop here as a rule, but my vegetarian daughter loves to go here when she's in town. I'm always excited to go too because of the unique and interesting variety offered here. Nice staff and lots of farm fresh food. Simply a lovely place :)”
“This is my other favorite grocery store, very helpful employees with Southern charm. Especially Shane from produce and all the ladies and gentlemen from the prepared food section. Their fried chicken reminds you of what your mom cooked for you. Never disappointed!! Actually if you get it home and pretend you made it for dinner,, your guest will be impressed. ?”

“Winding down the trail hungry like 5 mountain lions I see a clearing with lights. Having been through this region I knew it could only be 1 thing. I creep upon the edge of the black grass stratosphere of salt blocks and cinnamon chips I see the red lighthouse of hunger. I find my way through the gigantic metal carnivores, teaming with the lost dreams of bigger glory and a single life. As I get close there are signs I am in the rifhr place, one even said spam 50 cents a case, I hewr the bells ringing, the angels singing as I approach with caution and aspirations of grilled asparagus I see the holy gate, the entrance to this talisman of greatness. As i walk through the gates into the cave of many isles I immediately realize, I forgot the shopping list, the wife's gonna kill me..”
“They have have a good variety of food, meats, dairy, fresh produce and other items. Their stores are always clean and their check out people are always curtious.”
“Only grocer in town which is truly a discount store. Aldi is more of upscale discount grocer, & Sav-Mor, let's face it, is priced the same as Ingles using the store card. Produce prices are routinely 50-75% less than the major chains, particularly Ingles. Many national brands are here all the time; some depts like pet food/supplies, wildly vary week-to-week. Canned food prices can't be beat. And since the pandemic, is the ONLY grocer to still have Coke products on sale for less than $10, @ $9.99/case. The regular store price of $12.49 is $1-3 cheaper, depending on where u go. Bathrooms may not be the cleanest- small price to pay to truly save some $ !!”
“Almost every day I stop here after work, and I don't review many places because I think it's silly, but there's an employee that deserves a shout-out.
Anthony, a cashier, is the epitome of professionalism. I will skip an empty lane to go to his. I have seen people be incredibly rude to him and yet he treats them with grace and courtesy. If Ingles allowed tipping employees he would be getting some from me.”
“Great place to work at. I’m currently going to school and working part time so I can be a mechanic. It hasn’t been a month yet. So far all the people I work with I get along with really well. I haven’t encountered any rude customers yet. So far everything here has been very smooth.”
“From the road I was excited to stop in- an indoor farmers market with local crafts- that sounds right up my alley! If I were local I would stop here for fresh produce and eggs, but for me they didn't have anything that jumped out at me. Some of the booths have antiques and vintage items, the quilts were fabulous and some of the wood crafts, I wish I had found something to splurge on!”

“I shop this store regularly. I am disappointed that it is taking forever for their remodel on a fairly new store. Why? Isles are crowded, and merchandise is pushed together...and less of it. I am glad that Publix will be coming soon.”

“Wonderful little store! Sure, I don’t speak Spanish so that’s a handicap for me, but the young lady I spoke to summoned a boy who could answer my question. The meats are amazing--fresh and beautiful! I got some lovely osso bucco--almost impossible to find elsewhere and when you do it’s a lot more expensive!”

“This store is much needed in Mills River, but has always been a disaster. There are always boxes of merchandise in the isles waiting to be put away and the store is just dirty.”
“This Walmart is like stepping back in time to when Walmart was synonymous with customer service and quality. My first job was at a pre-super center Walmart like this one. Whenever I'm in Brevard I make it a point to stop by this location and walk down memory lane. The store is always clean, well stocked, and the associates are very friendly. If you're in Brevard, it's well worth a visit.”

“Smaller footprint Ingles which translates to less selection for some items. Store personnel is friendly and helpful but when a shopping list is extensive or particular we go to one of the larger stores. Deli is small, wine/beer selection is limited.”
