“The Co-op has always been kind and respectful to me and my family for many years shopping there, never having any troubles, and customer service is always above expectations. The younger employees are quite educated and smart, always respectful, and always sending me off with a kind smile.”

“This little store has been around for a very long time. The people that run the place are very polite and kind. They have pretty much anything you'd get at most other convenient stores.”

“From the road I was excited to stop in- an indoor farmers market with local crafts- that sounds right up my alley! If I were local I would stop here for fresh produce and eggs, but for me they didn't have anything that jumped out at me. Some of the booths have antiques and vintage items, the quilts were fabulous and some of the wood crafts, I wish I had found something to splurge on!”

“First time visiting this Grocery Outlet. During my travels I always look for GO stores because each one seem to have different gems to stock up. This one was very clean and stocked well. A downside was all grocery items were not clearly price marked. A lot of the items were far from being expired only a few with a 15-30 day window expiration date. Because I'm traveling I wasn't able to stock up on frozen or meat items, however the prices and variety were both decent. Would definitely go back if ever in the area. Staff was visible stocking and pleasant.”

“Publix is known for its excellent customer service, and this store is exemplary! I live in Florida, and my mother, who is elderly, lives in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This is a smaller Publix with less shelf space. My mother's favorite beverage is Publix Diet Ginger Ale. She is not good about staying hydrated, but she is much better when she has her favorite thing to drink. The last couple of Instacart orders I made for her, the shoppers told me they were out of Publix Diet Ginger Ale. This time I called and asked for the store manager to see if it would be possible to keep more in stock, and he explained about the limited shelf space there. He said he would make sure more were stocked, even if they need to be stored in the back. The next part is what makes Publix and this store so amazing. Iggy let me know that a shipment of Publix Diet Ginger Ale would be arriving the next day, and when I said that would be too late because I had built her entire order around the beverage, he offered to deliver them himself. Today he delivered just what my mother needed - Publix Diet Ginger Ale, a hug, and a smile! I can't thank Iggy enough for going above and beyond to deliver the amazing Publix customer service that we all love so much! I wholeheartedly recommend Publix South Market Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina.”

“We are regular shoppers at The Fresh Market, especially when we're looking for something extra special. Many of the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Most recently, Kass assisted my daughters, a friend, and myself with wonderful suggestions for a charcuterie board we were putting together for a game night. In addition to letting us try several cheeses, she recommended crackers, jam, wine, meats, and turned our shopping trip into a fun and memorable experience. The friendliness and expertise of Kass and other helpful employees contribute significantly toward customer loyalty for The Fresh Market, while nurturing the feeling of a true neighborhood market. Thank you!”

“Well, I go here mostly to get beef heart, liver, kidney and chicken feet for my dog. At times they have pretty good sale items...other than that they are just as high as Ingles, Plubix”

“Wonderful little store! Sure, I don’t speak Spanish so that’s a handicap for me, but the young lady I spoke to summoned a boy who could answer my question. The meats are amazing--fresh and beautiful! I got some lovely osso bucco--almost impossible to find elsewhere and when you do it’s a lot more expensive!”

“It's been at least 12 years since I shopped at Aldi. I truly forgot what a great store it is. Their produce is great. They have an assortment of just about anything. Including items you don't see in other stores. I didn't need anything particular. I just had some time to kill and ended up coming home with 10 bags for just over a hundred dollars. I spend that normally on just 3 or 4 bags since prices have sky rocketed. I'll be adding them to my weekly shopping before I go anywhere else. Even if they don't have everything you need, it's worth the time to go there first.”

“Very small store with a decent selection. Automotive service is good but there's normally nobody out front. If you can't find anyone, they're probably in or around the shop on the left side of the building.”

“Me and my son went here, after a dentist appt, because I LOVE their subs..!! And love the fact that you can purchase them with an EBT card, and have it toasted..!!But the lady who helped us on this visit, was super nice..!! And she took her time, & made it perfect..!! I wish I was better at remembering names.. because she definately deserves to be acknowledged in how she treats the customers..!! She smiled and made eye contact, & acknowledged everyone that walked up, & let them know she would be right with them. She didnt make the ones she was already helping feel like they were being rushed or nothing. That was the BEST customer service experience Ive recieved from a grocery store deli by far..!! I will say, ( in case her manager sees this ), i went on February 26, 2024 sometime between 3-3:30PM. And just as the lady was getting done with my order, a manager had came in, cause the lady had approached her about something as she was coming into the deli area. And shortly after I got my order and had paid for it, i was standing by the drink machines waiting for my son to come back, & the lady was either leaving, or going on her break.. and she even spoke to me and my son, & told us to have a safe trip back home, and told my son she hoped he got to feeling better, because he wasnt feeling the best as he was waiting on me to order my sub. SHES A VERY SWEET LADY..!! DEF A THUMBS UP TO HER..!!”

“Winding down the trail hungry like 5 mountain lions I see a clearing with lights. Having been through this region I knew it could only be 1 thing. I creep upon the edge of the black grass stratosphere of salt blocks and cinnamon chips I see the red lighthouse of hunger. I find my way through the gigantic metal carnivores, teaming with the lost dreams of bigger glory and a single life. As I get close there are signs I am in the rifhr place, one even said spam 50 cents a case, I hewr the bells ringing, the angels singing as I approach with caution and aspirations of grilled asparagus I see the holy gate, the entrance to this talisman of greatness. As i walk through the gates into the cave of many isles I immediately realize, I forgot the shopping list, the wife's gonna kill me..”

“The staff was nice and friendly. There was adequate spacing for social distancing. Only slight issue was a lot of bare shelves. Not enough to cause starvation, but certainly lacking inventory of a lot of food products.”

Save over 80% on the price of fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables compared with other stores like Ingles, Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, Publix, and the Hendersonville CO-OP.Meat is free of chemical preservatives, flavor enhancers, and inorganic liquid injections that make the meat more brightly colored. “My what a difference a few years make. Totally remodeled, renovated, enlarged and a sophisticated delight. But the BIGGEST NEWS is the much discussed Friday Steak Night. We had heard so much about it we decided to give it a try. Our neighbor joined us and we had a delicious bone in rib eye steak dinner with salad, bread, baked potato and choice of beverage (coke products or tea). $12.98 for all that. There were attractive floral arrangements on each table; TRUE dinner utensils (metal, not plastic) with steak knives; real glasses (no styrofoam); china plates; and green to-go boxes. When you arrive at the store, go to the deli cash register and order the doneness of your steak and the dressing you prefer on your salad. Select your table and in just a jiffy, your salad is delivered by the waiter who takes your beverage order. Before you know it the entree and side is delivered. The waiter checks regularly to be sure everything is ok. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this totally off the wall dining concept. I mean, a steak dinner in a grocery deli?? The steaks are the same for all customers but the selection changes each week: ribeye, sirloin, etc. If you don't like the choice of sides, you can substitute from the selections on the hot bar. A quick head count showed there were 14 people partaking of the steak dinner during the hour we were there. This is offered every Friday from 4-8 and reservations are NOT necessary. The ambience is NOT fine dining--bright fluorescence, canned music, people with grocery carts. But the steaks were tender, flavorful, and HUGE. We shall return!”

“Great job during the gas shortage, they kept it orderly and moving along, price was fair, they stopped people from cutting the line, limited gas purchase to $20 per customer to allow more people to get gas, and were friendly during the transaction.”
