“These folks have ALWAYS been great, and operate with high integrity- especially today with my battery issue. Rather than try to push to sell me one of their batteries, the gentleman checked my battery, (which needed replacing) and noted the date of previous replacement. He kindly suggested I might want to contact AAA first (whom I purchased that battery from in an emergency) - that it should still be under warranty.
