But I have read and noticed some of the negative reviews on here and maybe its just me but every experience I have had interacting with the tellers and even originally setting up my personal account here have been great honestly. The tellers have been courteous and I wish I remember the name of the lady that helped me set up my personal account awhile ago but she was very helpful as well.”
“I haven't had a bad experience with truist yet! I got my first bank account a whole after they merged and became truist. Everyone is helpful and took the time to teach me to fill out deposit slips and etc and getting into online banking since I'm still new to having a bank account. It's made saving and tracking my money more relaxing for sure”
