He has truly gone above and beyond.Originally I wanted to just give Mikhail his credit for assisting me. But I have read and noticed some of the negative reviews on here and maybe its just me but every experience I have had interacting with the tellers and even originally setting up my personal account here have been great honestly. “I have opened 3 bank accounts with First Horizon Bank in Fayetteville NC. The staff is very friendly and greets you when you come into the bank. The also acknowledge you when you leave. Mr. James Johnson has been very thorough while opening the bank accounts. If he is not sure of a procedure, he will call the corporate office to get guidance.”
