“I have been banking with FSNB for approx. 10 years and when I read these reviews I was totally shocked. I know some of these Managers and I have banked at all their branches and I have never been treated rude or made to stand and be ignored. I have had to wait my turn in line. I have had checks put on hold, no different attention, just good old fashion banking. I hate the others feel that way, but, if you stop and ask to speak with a manager they will appropriately and immediately handle the situation! Good Bank!”

“Every time I go to Navy Federal especially at this location I always receive outstanding customer service. I’m currently going through a divorce and needed legal documentation done. When I had to call my ex husband for paperwork he was extremely rude to me and the representative. The manager Joshua, could see my distress and how both myself and the representative was being mistreated. He was so kind to both of us and was super helpful to me and the representative. “Had an issue with a large check which the Morganton Rd branch refused to help with, even suggesting actions they knew weren't in accordance with bank policy. Went to the yadkin Rd location and was helped by Glenda and Rahman. The difference was palpable and very rarely have I seen so much effort put into a solution, and I'm not even a bbt customer. These two should be commended for their outrageously effective, efficient and overall professional approach to help anyone in the building. The ambition and perseverance in these two absolutely amazed me. Thank you so much!”

“I was working on a deal to buy a vehicle from out of town sellers (vehicle was jointly owned). Owners arrived a day earlier than scheduled. I was not prepared with funds or notary services. My concern was to properly and legally purchase the vehicle. Notary service and cashier's check which would provide a proper receipt. Walked into the branch on Walter Reed road and explained my situation. Normally this requires an appointment. Even though I did not have an appointment, the bank personnel provided professional and courteous service to myself and the sellers.
