“I hit a ditch and popped the plastic clips that hold the dirt shield in place in my front wheel well. I stopped at Holder's and asked, "what'll cost to get that shield lined back up, or is the job too small to fuss with". The guy went back in the shop, came out with 2 new clips and popped them back in place. No charge. Wouldn't even accept the $20 I offered. I'm only in NC for the summer, but, if I ever need body work, I found the shop I would not hesitate to use.”

“These folks have ALWAYS been great, and operate with high integrity- especially today with my battery issue. Rather than try to push to sell me one of their batteries, the gentleman checked my battery, (which needed replacing) and noted the date of previous replacement. He kindly suggested I might want to contact AAA first (whom I purchased that battery from in an emergency) - that it should still be under warranty. It is, indeed still under warranty and AAA is now coming to replace it. Thank you, Advanced Auto for your feedback, integrity, and humanism. “One of our neighbors had their car repaired by Gerber Collision in Mills River. Their car looked Brand New!! We took our car in for repairs and met Ryan, who looked at the damage and scheduled an appointment for us. On the day of our appointment, we met Jennifer at the front desk. We had scheduled Enterprise car rental to pick us up and she contacted them for our ride to their facility. We picked up our car yesterday and IT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW!!! Gerber ordered the parts, did the repairs, matched the paint (perfectly!!) and worked with our insurance. Our thanks to Ryan and to Jennifer, a very special lady who made our experience memorable.”
“Tonya was so incredibly helpful! I hit a deer when two and half hours away from home for work, with no friends/family in the area to assist.
