“We needed to ship a Commercial TV without the manufacture's box.
Not only did they ship it via freight for us but they came out $700 cheaper than FedEx a year prior with the OEM box for the same type of TV.
They are very customer oriented and should be first place you go for anything shipping.”

“The UPS store at this location is so very good. I always have a good experience when I go to the store. It is organized clean and the staff is very helpful and smart about helping their customers. I went there today to mail a package to my mother for Mother's Day that I hadn't got to send her as well as something I needed to return to a store. The man taped up my boxes printed me labels gave me receipts gave me a better price and it was just all in all a great experience I love this store because the staff always pays attention and they are always very respectful and kind thank you for making my day better”

“I’ve come to the store number of times to return things to various retailers and every time staff is always on point. If someone sees me in a line, I’m usually approached by an employee saying that they can help me and I’m quickly taken care of!
Alternatively, when I’ve been on the self-serve printers, someone may ask if I need assistance, maybe one time, but they don’t pester you or try to do everything for you. It’s just been a great customer service experience.

“RXO delivered my Peloton Bike+. Delivery went smoothly. I was notified the day before of an approximate window they would be coming. They also called 15 minutes ahead of arrival to let me know they were on their way. The two gentlemen were very friendly and assembled my bike+ quickly. They happily brought it inside and placed it right where I needed it go. They made sure it was operational before they left. This was a very pleasant experience!”
