Karri was incredible at this location. I came here to find a foundation for my wedding makeup and she was so patient with me trying on many different brands and colors. She was very knowledgeable on the products and had an eye for what suited me best. She listened to my concerns and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. Ask for Karri if you come here!

This Sephora is the closest one to me (I live 35 minutes away) and I swear the items I want are always OUT OF STOCK. I went to this Sephora today to purchase some makeup and every shade of mine or anything I liked wasn't available even though it said on the Sephora APP that it was able in store. i don't know.. maybe these products were in stock but the employee's never actually stock up items on these shelfs.. some just walk around not helping people (lol i was also not helped today by anybody :) smh) anywho.. yeah this sephora just needs to stock up the shelfs before opening. everytime i ask for a product that's not on the shelf a employee has to open the bottom drawer and pull it out from there which prob disturbs people's shopping experience

Save your money and go to Ulta- they have friendlier staff and way better products/prices . The male staff at this Sephora location make me extremely uncomfortable, sephora should address this please. Oh, and they’ve also racially profiled my friends and I.

I stopped in at the Southpoint Sephora for a Color IQ Scan. Sala did the scan and was so helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain my results, do a foundation match in-store, and offer skincare and makeup product recommendations. I was even sent home with a few samples. Thank you so much!

I was shocked to see they only have a 3.8 rating. I’ve been coming here for years (enough to be a “VIB”), and I’ve never had a problem. Every now and then I’d find out Sephora didn’t carry a brand I was looking for, but the customer service has always been great.

Every single time I go into this Sephora, I know I will be greeted by kind and helpful employees. I love that there are employees who wear alternative makeup styles and many employees of color and gender/sex as well. I love shopping at this location because I know the employees are going to take the time to help me genuinely and offer great solutions to my makeup questions.Thank you to Bree for taking the time to help me out during the hectic Black Friday Sale yesterday. She was able to shade match my brown skin for foundation in seconds and offer suggestions in many other areas as well.

I bought a product in 10/21 and tried to return it on 11/21 and they wouldn’t process the return. The computer said it had been 21 days. Glad I had actually purchased it in Brier Creek. The manager there Karen was amazing. Did an override to account for October’s extra day. Outstanding customer service. Better store overall. If you’re in Durham the driver to Brier Creek is worth it for the service!

In the days of dwindling customer service, it was refreshing coming to this Sephora today. I had low expectations coming in and resolving some issues with my new Sephora credit card. Even though it wasn’t their issue, Rosie (the manager), and Isabelle (associate) were extra accommodating and resolved my issue in a friendly and professional manner. They went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for caring ladies and your excellent customer service!

The Sephora Savings Event is on NOW for Rouge members and I just had to shop my basket before the girls come clear the shelves and this location did not disappoint. I am super excited that I can not only shop with TIMETOSAVE and my linked phone number to save 20% off, but I'm also getting cash back with and earning 5x points with my business platinum AMEX. I was able to shop, save and enjoy this beautiful weather. The staff was very helpful though some items were not available in store. I'll be back as I'm sure my list has grown. Unika B. & Co.

I honestly haven't had a good experience at this store I don't shop there or online. I went to this store on three different days and was looking for makeup help each time (being new to makeup) I was shamed about not having any makeup on by a Sephora employee. That's why I was there for help. It was very upsetting it's been years now but I'll never forget it . I don't recommend this store.

Mixed experiences. I’ve been here twice ina. Saturday. Store is packed wall to wall, but it’s easy and fast to get order pickup service. I came on a Monday afternoon. Significantly less busy than Saturday.Plenty of sales people in store, but. No one acknowledged me or tried to help. I had to ask for help from a person (African American with close cropped blonde hair) leaving their shift - she was very nice. She directed me to another staff member (African American with black & gold locs and a nose piercing) to assist me with order pickup.That staff person just looked at me (no smile or anything), continued a consult with another customer, and then walked away without acknowledging me again. Very unfriendly. After a while, the same rude staff member and told me someone should come help me. I continued to wait while several staff members walked around me, not offering help. Kevin (Asian guy with glasses) helped me in the end and was quite polite and efficient.That being said, I had been standing in front of Kevin for a while, and had approached his kiosk earlier to get help. I was re-directed from his kiosk by another employee and told to go to the unmanned online order pickup stand.This store has terrible coordination or wonderful coordination, depending on the day.
