I stopped in at the Southpoint Sephora for a Color IQ Scan. Sala did the scan and was so helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain my results, do a foundation match in-store, and offer skincare and makeup product recommendations. I was even sent home with a few samples. Thank you so much!

I was shocked to see they only have a 3.8 rating. I’ve been coming here for years (enough to be a “VIB”), and I’ve never had a problem. Every now and then I’d find out Sephora didn’t carry a brand I was looking for, but the customer service has always been great.
