“I am new to the area and a friend recommended JR. i was hoping to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up end of day. The owner (didn’t catch his name) was super nice and friendly, told me a bit about the history of the place and a bit about himself. He told me it would only take 30 minutes to take care of my vehicle, and then it actually only took 20 minutes. It was a simple exchange, one I would rarely bother to write a review about. But it was just so easy, so friendly, so chill, that sometimes it’s worth praising the small things. I will definitely be back. I’ve found my Durham mechanic.”
“I recently visited Quick Lube for an inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed. Tai was able to accommodate me without an appointment, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
Tai is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly – honest. It’s rare to find businesses that operate with such integrity these days. I even tried to offer him a tip to show my appreciation, but he politely declined, staying true to his professionalism.
Durham needs more businesses like Quick Lube and more people like Tai. If you’re looking for trustworthy and quality service, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning for future services.”
