“Took my XC40 Recharge with 7k miles in for scheduled maintenance. Was running perfectly when I took it in. Had them check alignment and balance the tires while I was there. Now the car makes a thumping noise when I drive it, and neither their service department or Mike Stevens, the service manager, will answer the phone or return multiple voicemails.
Edit: The day after I submitted this review, multiple people contacted me to resolve this issue. Once I was able to get a call everybody involved was friendly and professional, and the issue was resolved. However, I'm leaving this at four stars because four phone calls and three voice mails starting at 8:50 AM weren't able to get a response for a full day, and I have no idea how long I would have had to wait to get a response if I hadn't complained publicly.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. My car was sent to Caliber for body work after an accident. Caliber went above and beyond to give my updates throughout the process. Mark, Chris, and Aisha, were all so kind every time they called me. Mark was super transparent with me when it came to some extra things that came up during my repair, and made sure I got my battery replaced for a decent price. Chris even went above and beyond to vacuum some water out of my car and take care of the issue that caused it. There are no words to describe the feeling of getting your car back in even better condition than you thought you would. They even called and followed up after I had already gotten my car back to make sure I had all the information I needed. I felt so taken care of from start to end ! Thank you all!”

“I’ve been to Caliber twice in the last few months (unfortunately) and both times their customer service and repair work have been excellent. There is seamless communication between my insurance company that allows for me to understand what is covered and what I am paying for. They also work smoothly with rental car agencies to ensure that I have access to a vehicle (I get picked up when I drop my car off and can leave the rental there when my car is ready). They definitely lighten the load on what can be a frustrating situation. I highly recommend!”

“I’ve had three cars repaired by GP. He is a very skilled craftsman and takes pride in his work and it shows. His paint matching skills are among the best I’ve seen. He also fixed my daughter’s car, and you can’t even tell it was hit! He will work with you financially and give you suggestions on saving a couple of dollars on the job. He is extremely busy though, and sometime may not have your car ready when promised, but the extra day or so it may take is worth it. “Ordered a fuel filler cap for my 2012 Audi. It was after hours when I texted them and inquired. They got back to me first thing and got me what I needed. Prices seem fair. Checkout was easy and I am just waiting to get the part. Hopefully it no is correct and they did say there is a warranty if it is the wrong one.”
