“Absolutely phenomenal work for a fair price. My Camaro's window started leaking water when it rained, which pooled up in the floorboard and caused the carpet to mold. I only mentioned the carpet to them but they went over the entire interior, and even removed some unused wiring from a previous audio system that I hadn't bothered to take out. Age related wear aside, the interior basically looks new. I'm super impressed and will highly recommend them.”
“They did a beautiful job fixing the hood of my car. It looks the same way it did when I drove it brand new fresh off the lot 14yrs ago. The customer service was great as well. I was even asked what my budget was, so they could figure out the best way to fix my hood. I would definitely come back if I need anymore body work done in the future.”

“Took my XC40 Recharge with 7k miles in for scheduled maintenance. Was running perfectly when I took it in. Had them check alignment and balance the tires while I was there. Now the car makes a thumping noise when I drive it, and neither their service department or Mike Stevens, the service manager, will answer the phone or return multiple voicemails.
Edit: The day after I submitted this review, multiple people contacted me to resolve this issue. Once I was able to get a call everybody involved was friendly and professional, and the issue was resolved. However, I'm leaving this at four stars because four phone calls and three voice mails starting at 8:50 AM weren't able to get a response for a full day, and I have no idea how long I would have had to wait to get a response if I hadn't complained publicly.”
“Since I bought my SUV last year, I’ve had it serviced twice. Each time I was completely satisfied. The service was excellent and the personnel were attentive. I really don’t mind waiting for my vehicle when necessary. The facility is comfortable and the wait is usually pretty short. No complaints!”

I brought our Toyota Corolla Cross in for an estimate after it sustained minor damage to the passenger side door as my wife and I travelled through a snowstorm. Ice accumulated behind the front tire, apparently causing the damage. The damage was just enough to make the door grate against the fender when we opened or closed it. An initial estimate from another company suggested that upwards of $2,500.00 would be needed to fix the minor issue. I told Greg I just wanted to open and close the door without it hitting the fender, and that we could live with the small area where the paint had been chipped.
Not only did Greg understand my request, he corrected the problem on the spot. Thank you, Greg and Caliber Collision!”

“I like the service here. They don't mind helping customers and they are also patient with you. Keep up the good work with customer service. It means a lot.
I had to get my battery checked and one person said I needed it charged. My car wouldn't start and the jump box wasn't starting it either. The other worker came right out and helped and let me know my battery was just old. I already wanted to purchase a new battery anyway. He did the whole process of removing and replacing the new one and wasn't rushing at all.

“I had 2 stars from my first review see bottom. I had to change to 4+. I have had a problem with them finding my receipt for my battery I bought in June. I went up twice and called a couple of times. I went back up yesterday because pep boys said I had a bad battery I have been telling this location for months the same thing. They sent me to other locations because they didn't have a tester for it. I went back yesterday and Dex was SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT he found the transaction and replaced it instantly! I even gave him a pair of free socks that I sell. For 3 months I have been getting my car jumpstarted to drive. They should have to pay me for all the stress. But thank you Dex for being a phenomenal employee and exceeding expectations on customer service. I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU! I am very disappointed in this location. I have been in a few times. Last week, I was in there, and I had a transaction for 24$. My card was 2$, short, so I paid in cash. They still have NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY MONEY ON MY CARD over a week later. I went up that night, and a rude guy was working who acted like I was bothering him by coming to his job interrupting his conversation with his boyfriend. I asked him about my refund, and he said, "Call your bank it's not our problem
But thank you, Doug, for giving me 1.79 for my wiper blades. And I want my refund.”

“The service advisor was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. I received a video of the work done on my car, which was very helpful. Charges were less than originally discussed as result of a December tire special. My car was ready for pickup at time requested. Carwash was included.”
