Very professional staff. Appointment time was honored and work was completed on a very timely manner. Staff kept us informed of their findings and only performed work that was authorized. Parts and labor fees were reasonable.

I went to west lake yesterday, the service was amazing, and everyone there was so kind and helpful. Eddie Komal helped me tremendously! He explained everything out for me, showed me everything they were doing, was completely transparent about all pricing. I highly recommend this place!!
