“I had a nail in my tire and discovered that at 6:15 on a Friday night. I went to Walmart to get a plug done to fix the hole. I arrived at 6:20 in which they closed at 7. They told me they wouldn't be able to help me out since the are busy. I scrambled around thinking that I was out of luck and googled Mr. Tire in Denver was open until 7. I made the trip and took a shot to see if I could get help. When I arrived it was 6:30 and another couple had the same issue. Hailey at Mr. Tire said she would still help me if I didn't mind to wait. She was able to get to me in around 7pm. and was finished at 7:30 fixing my tire. Not to mention she was working alone. Hailey is awesome and very nice. She could have easily said I'm sorry but we are closed, but she didn't. She helped me in a time of need. Thank you very much Hailey. You are an awesome person and employee. The world needs me people like you. Mr. Tire in Denver is very lucky to have you working for them.”
